Introduction
At the Institute of Leadership and Management Foundation (ILM), we aim to create positive social change through active empowerment. Established in 2019 by a team of passionate and dedicated professionals, ILM is a registered non-profit organization based in Hong Kong.

We firmly believe in the power of leadership and management to drive meaningful transformations within communities. Our commitment is rooted in the idea that every individual possesses unique potential, and through empowerment, we can help them shine.
Our Pillars of Work
We have three pillars of work that guide our efforts:
- Empowering Communities: Through our initiatives and programs, we strive to empower ethnic minority communities by building their skills, confidence, and potential.
- Supporting Social Innovation: We are committed to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship within these communities, with a particular focus on youth empowerment.
